What do the different point statuses mean?

Your reward points may appear with one of the following statuses: 


  • Approved – These points have been verified and are available to redeem for rewards. 
  • Pending – These points are awaiting verification and are not yet available for redemption. This is common for recent purchases, referrals, or other activities that require a validation period. 
  • Cancelled – These points were not added to your account or were removed due to a cancelled, refunded, or ineligible purchase or activity.
