How do I track my order?

There are several ways to track your order:


  1. Shipping Confirmation Email
    Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Click the link to view the latest shipping and delivery updates.
  2. Your Customer Account
    Sign in to your account and navigate to Orders. Select the order you'd like to track to view its current status and tracking information.
  3. Order Status Page
    Visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID and the email address used at checkout to view your order status.
  4. The Shop App
    Download the Shop App for iOS or Android. Orders placed with your email address can automatically sync to the app, allowing you to receive real-time tracking updates and delivery notifications.


What if my order hasn't arrived? 


If you're unable to locate your order, please review the following:


  • Check your email inbox, including your spam or junk folder, for shipping and tracking updates. 
  • Verify the latest tracking information using one of the methods above.
  • If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. 
  • Orders shipped from multiple warehouses may have multiple tracking numbers, even though they share the same order number.
  • If a delivery attempt was made and the package could not be left safely, the carrier may leave instructions for pickup or redelivery.


If you still can't locate your order, please contact our Customer Support team and we'll be happy to investigate.


In the rare event that a package is determined to be lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement order. If the original shipment is ultimately delivered after a replacement has been issued, please contact us for further assistance.
