What is your return policy?

We take great pride in both the quality of our products and in our in-house Amercian customer service. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so all products have a 60-day customer satisfaction guarantee. Contact us at support@aspengreen.com to return the unused portion of the product, and a full product refund, less our hard shipping cost of either $9.99 if sent via standard shipping or $19.99 if sent via Priority Shipping. The refund will be issued once we receive the product. We prefer you utilize the entire bottle or jar in a 30-day period to best gauge your experience. Everyone's body is different, and the original product you have may not be the best fit for your ailment; thus, we do offer other products at no charge to best serve you in order to find the relief you seek. And if the second product doesn't work we still offer the full product refund on your original order.

We do not provide a postage return label. Following our Terms of Sale, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any original shipping costs paid by Aspen Green on the product sent to you unless you paid for the shipping on your order receipt.
