How do I pause and resume my subscription?
You can pause or resume your subscription at any time from your customer portal.
To pause your subscription:
- Log in to your customer portal and open the subscription you want to manage.
- Click View Details to open the subscription details page.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Pause Subscription.
- Select how long you’d like to pause your subscription. Your next order date will automatically update based on your selection.
- Click Confirm to save your changes.
Your subscription will now be paused until the selected resume date.
To resume your subscription:
- Return to the same subscription in your customer portal.
- Click Resume Subscription to reactivate it immediately.
Once resumed, your subscription will continue according to your original delivery schedule.
