How do I pause and resume my subscription?

You can pause or resume your subscription at any time from your customer portal.


To pause your subscription: 

  1. Log in to your customer portal and open the subscription you want to manage.
  2. Click View Details to open the subscription details page.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Pause Subscription.
  4. Select how long you’d like to pause your subscription. Your next order date will automatically update based on your selection.
  5. Click Confirm to save your changes.


Your subscription will now be paused until the selected resume date.


To resume your subscription:


  1. Return to the same subscription in your customer portal.
  2. Click Resume Subscription to reactivate it immediately.


Once resumed, your subscription will continue according to your original delivery schedule.
