How do I delay an upcoming order?
You can easily delay your upcoming subscription order directly from your customer portal.
To delay an order:
- Log in to your customer portal and open the subscription you want to manage.
- Click Delay in the action bar at the top of the subscription page.
- The delay drawer will open. Select the desired delay interval from the available options.
- Click Confirm to apply the change.
Once confirmed, your upcoming order will be delayed based on the selected interval, and all future orders will automatically adjust according to your updated schedule.
If a delay is applied to the current order, any previously skipped upcoming orders will not be carried forward. Instead, the subscription schedule will be recalculated based on the new delayed billing date to ensure your future orders follow the updated timeline.
