How do I reschedule an order?
You can easily reschedule your upcoming subscription order directly from your customer portal.
To reschedule an order:
- Log in to your customer portal and open the subscription you want to manage.
- Click Re-schedule in the action bar at the top of the subscription page.
- The reschedule drawer will open. Select a new date from the calendar for your upcoming order.
- Click Confirm to save your changes.
Your upcoming order will be updated to the new date, and future orders will automatically adjust based on your selected delivery frequency.
