How do I swap a product in my subscription?
Yes, you can change products within an active subscription at any time.
To swap a product:
- Log in to your subscription customer portal and open the subscription you want to update.
- Click Edit next to the product you would like to change.
- The product swap drawer will open. Select the new product you want to replace it with and click Confirm Swap.
- Once confirmed, the new product will replace the previous one, and your subscription price will be updated accordingly.
All future subscription orders will reflect the updated product automatically.
