Can I remove a product item from a subscription?

If your subscription has more than one product line item, you can remove some or all but one of those items from the subscription.


To remove an item:


  1. Select Sign In in the main menu or go to your Account page.
  2. Navigate to the Subscriptions page.
  3. Select the View button or click the subscription number next to the subscription you want to modify.
  4. Click the X button next to the product you want to remove.
  5. Click OK to confirm.


After the item has been removed, the subscription totals will be updated to reflect the removal of that product.
