Why are my reward points pending?

To help protect against fraud and returns abuse, reward points earned from purchases are placed in a Pending status for 30 days after your order has been paid.


During this approval period, you'll see the points in your Rewards account, but they can't be redeemed until they become Approved.


Once the 30-day approval period has passed, your points will automatically become available to redeem, provided your order hasn't been cancelled or refunded.


You can view the status of your reward points at any time by signing in to your account and visiting the Rewards page.
