How can I make a manual payment for a subscription renewal?

Sometimes, you may need to manually pay for your renewal, such as when an automatic renewal payment fails due to an expired credit card. When this happens:

1. Select Sign In in the main menu or go to your Account page.
2. Navigate to the Subscriptions page.
3. Select the View button or click the subscription number next to the subscription you want to pay.
4. Under Related Orders, find the renewal order that needs payment.
5. Click the Pay button and complete the payment process.
6. Once the payment is completed, the subscription will be reactivated.
