Why haven't I received my payment?

You've successfully earned commissions but haven't received your payments yet. Here are some common reasons for delayed payments and how to resolve them:

1. You Haven't Reached the Minimum Threshold

• The minimum threshold is $50 in total commissions payment. If your earnings haven't reached this amount by the end of the pay period, your commissions will carry over to the following month.
• If you're no longer promoting Aspen Green and wish to cash out your account, you can do so by sending an email to shareasale@shareasale.com. Please note that this option is available only once.

2. Incomplete Payment Settings

• You may have noticed that you didn't provide payment information during the application process. This is the second step of the sign-up process.
• To complete your payment settings, log in to your account and locate "Complete Your Withdrawal Settings" on the right-hand side of your portal.
• Click on the link, and you'll have the option to choose between direct deposit (with no transfer fees) or PayPal. Don't forget to click "Save" to finalize the form.
