Why haven't I received my affiliate payment?
If you haven't received your affiliate payment yet, there are a few common things to check in your Awin account:
- Verify your commission status. Payments are only issued for commissions that have reached the Payable status. Commissions marked as Approved are still awaiting payment processing.
- Check your payment threshold. Your payable balance must meet your selected minimum payout threshold before a payment is issued.
- Review your payment details. Make sure your bank account, tax information, and (if applicable) Payoneer account are complete and up to date.
- Allow time for payment processing. Depending on your payment method, it may take several business days for funds to reach your account after payment has been sent.
- Check your payment history. If a payment has already been processed, you can view it in your Awin payment history.
