Can I refer friends who have already purchased from the store?

No. Referral discounts are available only to new customers making their first qualifying purchase. 

If your friend has already placed an order using another promotion (such as a Memorial Day sale or other discount), they are no longer considered a new customer and won't be eligible to redeem a referral discount using the same account or email address.
