Where is my order?

If you are trying to find out where your order is, we recommend checking the following:


  • Check your emails (including your junk/spam folder). If your order has been sent with a trackable service you’ll be emailed a tracking link once your package has been shipped.
  • You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account and checking under the order view page.
  • If you are ordering more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages on the same day, as they may ship from different warehouses.
  • If your items come from multiple warehouses, they will all have the same order number. However, tracking numbers and delivery times may differ depending on where your items have shipped from. You will see an individual tracking link for each package.
  • If the package can’t be left, a card will be left telling you how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.


If you still don’t know where your order is, contact us so we can investigate.


If your package is “lost in transit” for an unusual amount of time, we will reship you a new order at no charge. If your original shipment is later delivered to your shipping address, you are responsible for that order. In those cases, we tend to extend a generous discount for the hurdles you have experienced.
