Can I cancel or suspend a subscription?

Yes, you can cancel a subscription anytime. In order to cancel your subscription:

1. Select Sign In in the main menu or go to your Account page.
2. Navigate to the Subscriptions page.
3. Select the View button or click the subscription number next to the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Click the Cancel button.
5. A notification confirming the cancellation should appear.

Important! If you cancel a subscription and an order was processed, it will not cancel that shipment.
