Can I cancel or suspend a subscription?
Yes, in your account, you can change the status of a subscription.
- To temporarily pause a subscription, click Suspend.
- To resume a suspended subscription, click Reactivate.
- To permanently stop a subscription, click Cancel.
Important! If you cancel a subscription and an order was processed, it will not cancel that shipment.
