Why isn’t my promo code working?

If you’re having trouble applying a discount code, try the following steps: 

1. Verify the code was entered correctly 

Enter the discount code exactly as it was provided. To avoid typing errors, we recommend copying and pasting the code directly into the Discount Code field during checkout. 

2. Apply the code 

After entering the code, click Apply. If the code is valid, you’ll see the discount reflected in your order total before completing your purchase. 

3. Review the promotion terms 

Many discount codes have specific requirements. Please verify that: 

• The code has not expired. 
• Your order meets any minimum purchase requirements. 
• The products in your cart are eligible for the promotion. 
• The code is valid in your location. 
• You are signed in to the correct account if the promotion was sent directly to you by email.

4. Check for other discounts 

Some promotions cannot be combined with other offers. If another discount, subscription discount, automatic promotion, or free shipping offer is already applied to your order, your promo code may not be eligible. 

5. Gift card purchases may be excluded 

Discount codes generally cannot be applied to gift card purchases unless specifically stated in the promotion terms. 

6. Try refreshing your cart 

If the code appears valid but isn’t applying correctly, refresh your browser, clear your cart and add the items again, or try applying the code from a different device or browser. 

7. Contact Customer Support 

If you’ve completed the steps above and your discount code still isn’t working, please contact our Customer Support team. Be sure to provide the discount code and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
